The best advice I can offer on what to wear to your portrait session is this……. be yourself! I want you to have fun and to be comfortable, so be sure to choose items of clothing that are familiar to you. I always suggest coordinating styles with your fiance’ or family members. Perhaps choose the same color scheme and find details of color that intertwine your outfits. Layering, and accessories are a great way to change the look and feel of a photo without doing too much.
Another good tip? Have your hair and/or make-up professionally done! Clients who arrive after a session with a stylist are often more confident and ready to have a great time taking photos. This may also be the perfect time to test run your stylist or make up artist for your big day!
